Stolen Phone Procedures

In case your Nokia mobile phone is stolen, follow the below-mentioned procedure, and Meatel will contact you as soon as the phone with the specific serial number has been spotted.

1. Go to the nearest Police station and file a deposition. The deposition should mention the phone's type (Nokia 6110, Nokia 5110, ..) and serial number .
2. Bring a copy of the deposition to Meatel. Leave your name and contact information.
3. Your claim and contact information will be filed in our database at Meatel so that we can contact you as soon as we get any information about your phone.
