Warranty and breakage coverage terms applicable to your

Meatel guaranteed Nokia phone for the first year of service:

 

Warranty Terms

 

Coverage:

Against defects in material or workmanship, covering repairs in Meatel’s workshop, including cost of parts and labor.

 

Validity:

Phone: 12 months from date of purchase.

Accessories (batteries, chargers, etc.): 6 months from date of purchase.

 

Exclusions:

Warranty does not cover:

• Repairs in case of breakage or misuse.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Advanced help desk and advanced product consultancy.

 

Warranty will be void in the following cases:

• Unauthorized repair or installation contrary to recommended procedures.

• Accidental damage, damage due to water and moisture, negligence, or electrical hazards.

• Unauthorized modifications to the Product or repairs made by a third party, in terms of both software and hardware.

• Use of non-original accessories or spare parts.

• Cases of force majeure.

 

Coverage Terms

 

Type of coverage:

Repairs in Meatel’s workshop, including cost of parts and labor.

 

Validity:

12 months from date of purchase of the phone.

 

Deductible:

The cost of repair up to $50 (Fifty US Dollars) is payable by the customer. In case the cost of repair is higher than $50, then the coverage policy will only cover the amount superior to $50.

 

Exclusions:

Coverage will not apply in the following cases:

• War risks, riots, strikes, and malicious damage.

• Chipping or discoloration.

• Loss due to burglary or theft.

• All other standard exclusions applicable to Breakage Coverage.

 

Coverage will be void in the following cases:

• Damages due to electrical hazards or due to water and moisture.

• Intentional damage or seizure and confiscation of any kind.
